3mm pvc edge
SIS computerized dual bed machining center is a one stop operation for all shaping of top designs, drilling, routing and other tooling functions and the mechanical application and triming of the 3mm PVC edging.

The Process
After machining is complete, the digital system air cleans the top blank, selects the required color PVC from the proper magazine, cuts the necessary length, heats the glue and applies the banding, snips the end for a tightly butted seem, and trims the upper and lower ends to a rounded profile.

The facility, fitted with air lifting equipment and a dust collection system makes the state-of-the-art facility a safe and clean environment for workers assuring the quality of the finished products.
